Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Marrow app. By using Marrow you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Marrow does

Marrow lets you share a social video link (from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube) and turns it into a structured "action card" — for example, a recipe, workout, or travel plan — by extracting information from the post's caption and, where needed, a transcript of the video's audio.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Marrow. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

Acceptable use

AI-generated content — accuracy is not guaranteed

Action cards are generated automatically by AI from captions and transcripts. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misinterpret the source. Always use your own judgment and verify a card before relying on it. Cards are provided for general information and personal convenience only. In particular, recipes, workouts, and similar content are not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Follow appropriate safety precautions and consult a qualified professional where relevant.

Third-party content and attribution

You choose which link to share, and Marrow processes it at your direction. Processing is transient: the original video is not stored or redistributed, and each card is a transformative, factual summary that attributes the original creator and links back to the source. You are responsible for having the right to share the links you submit, and for respecting the source platforms' terms and the rights of the original creators.

If you are a creator or rights holder and believe a card should be removed, contact us at support@marrowapp.xyz and we will review the request.

Your content

You own the cards and notes you create or save in Marrow. We do not claim ownership of them. Cards you save are stored locally on your device.

Free tier and subscriptions

Marrow currently offers a free tier that includes a limited number of extractions each month. When you reach the limit, you can wait for the next monthly period.

A paid "Pro" subscription is planned but is not yet available for purchase. When Pro becomes available, the price and billing period will be shown to you at the point of purchase, subscriptions will be billed through your Apple App Store account and will renew automatically unless cancelled, and you can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. These Terms will be updated with the full subscription details before any paid plan is offered.

Service availability

Marrow is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Because extraction depends on third-party platforms and models, we cannot guarantee that every link will process successfully.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marrow is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of extracted content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using Marrow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm the service, its users, or third parties.

Governing law

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
